The easiest way is to use the booking form available on our website. You will need to select your preferred vehicle class or category, the pick-up and drop-off dates, additional features / accessories, to provide your details and to make the payment. You will then receive an e-mail to confirm your reservation.
In accordance with our company policy, the minimum rental period is three (3) days.
To pick up a rental car, you need a valid form of identification (usually a driver’s license) and a form of payment
Bosnia & Gulf Company rents vehicles to individuals who are 21 or older. A customer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued driver’s license which includes a photograph of the customer. Digital licenses are not accepted. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.
Yes, you can. You can have the rented vehicle delivered to airport in Sarajevo.
No. You can authorise other drivers. Please remember to give us the details of the additional driver(s) on the pick-up date at the latest. We will also have to look at each additional driver’s identity document and valid driving licence. If you are using our online form to make a reservation, you can enter the additional driver’s details in the form. This will save you time on the pick-up day.
You leave a certain amount in cash as Security Deposit and receive it back in full, after you return the car subjecting to its state. Cash Security Deposit varries depending on the Excess amount of the car category selected.
Yes. In order to travel abroad, it is required to report this fact before the pickup or during the car rental. The rental company reserves the right to refuse to issue this type of consent.
Our cars can not be used for transportation of dangerous or forbidden goods, for giving driving lessons or for towing or pushing other vehicles or trailers. It is also forbidden to use Our cars to transport paying passengers or to participate in contests. Clearly it is not permitted to drink and drive or to drive under the influence or medication or drugs.
Bosnia & Gulf Company does not allow smoking in the rental cars.
Driving of all rental vehicles is limited to improved roads only. This is described as all paved roads, graded dirt roads, or well-maintained easy-to-moderate trails. Off-road use of any kind is prohibited as well as rock crawling or driving on difficult trails.
Navigation systems
Most of our vehicles do not come equipped with their own navigation systems. However, you can reserve our GPS Navigation unit at participating locations for a reasonable daily rate.
Child Safety Seats
Our Company offers child seats without additional fee, but with notification when making an earlier reservation
Fuel Service Option Terms & Conditions
Does the car comes with full tank?
We work with “same to same” fuel policy, which means that we deliver the car to you with a certain amount of fuel and you should return it back with the same level as collected.
Fees for the Fuel Service Option are not included in the Estimated Total of the rental.
Fees vary by location and are determined by current market value of gasoline in the surrounding area of rental location and the fuel tank size of rental vehicle.
No refunds will be given for unused gas.
What should I do if I’m involved in an accident or the car is damaged during my rental?
Auto accidents are not something people like to think about, especially on a business trip or vacation, but they can and do happen, even to the most careful drivers. When an accident occurs be sure to follow these important steps:
1. Make sure that you are in a safe area away from traffic.
2. Contact local police (122) and complete a police report.
3. Contact our rental office (during business hours) or our 24-hour roadside assistance service (if the accident occurs outside of business hours) to report the accident by calling +38762504802
The renter is responsible for any and all loss of or damage to the car resulting from any cause including but not limited to collision,
rollover, theft, tire damage and vandalism, medical condition, flood, fire, hail or other acts of Nature.
Additionally, if we have the other party’s contact information, we will pursue them and/or their insurance company for our damages if determined they were at fault.
However, the vehicle must have been used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
If the car gets damaged during your rental, you are likely to pay an admin charge on top of any repair costs.
This is usually called an ‘immobilisation’ charge. It covers the costs to the rental company of the car being off the road – and therefore unable to be rented out – while being repaired.
